When you request a quote, we collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry:

• Your name, email address and, if provided, phone number and preferred contact method.
• Property details such as the city, optional address and postal code, property type, number of storeys and approximate roofline length.
• The service you're interested in, your preferred installation timeframe and any notes you choose to share.
• Photos of your property, if you choose to attach them and the feature is available.
• Non-personal campaign information, such as the page you first visited and advertising campaign tags in the link you followed.

How we use your information

• To review your request, prepare an estimate and contact you about it.
• To schedule and carry out work you approve.
• To understand which of our marketing channels are working, using aggregated, non-identifying information.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send your form details to advertising platforms.

Service providers

Quote requests are delivered to us through a third-party form-processing service, which stores submissions on our behalf. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, and are used only to operate our business.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website works without optional cookies. If we enable analytics or advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta Pixel), they will only be activated after you accept them in our cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the website footer, when available. These tools help us measure visits and the performance of our advertising; we do not share your quote form details with them.
